En marge de <strong>Gastech 2026<\/strong>, le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9nergie et du P\u00e9trole et le groupe italien <strong>Eni<\/strong> ont sign\u00e9 un protocole d\u2019accord portant sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation du potentiel de cinq blocs offshore : <strong>SN01M, SN02M, SN03M, SN07M et SN40M<\/strong>. \ue201<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eni financera les \u00e9tudes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre de cet accord, Eni prendra \u00e0 sa charge le financement des \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9liminaires destin\u00e9es \u00e0 approfondir les connaissances g\u00e9ologiques et g\u00e9ophysiques des cinq zones concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les travaux porteront notamment sur l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es sismiques <strong>2D et 3D<\/strong>, l\u2019exploitation des donn\u00e9es de puits disponibles ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9valuation du potentiel p\u00e9trolier et gazier. Le protocole pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement des \u00e9changes techniques, des ateliers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et des actions de transfert de connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PETROSEN associ\u00e9e au processus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale <strong>PETROSEN<\/strong> est reconnue comme partenaire technique dans le dispositif. Elle devrait notamment participer aux travaux d\u2019analyse, aux \u00e9changes techniques et au transfert de connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le gouvernement, cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie visant \u00e0 mieux conna\u00eetre le bassin s\u00e9dimentaire s\u00e9n\u00e9galais, \u00e0 relancer l\u2019exploration et \u00e0 attirer de nouveaux investissements dans l\u2019amont p\u00e9trolier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ministre de l\u2019\u00c9nergie et du P\u00e9trole, <strong>Dr El Hadji Abdourahmane Diouf<\/strong>, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 cette signature comme une volont\u00e9 de replacer l\u2019exploration au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et de renforcer progressivement le r\u00f4le de PETROSEN dans la valorisation des ressources nationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pas encore de contrat p\u00e9trolier<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le protocole ne constitue toutefois <strong>ni un contrat p\u00e9trolier, ni une attribution de titre d\u2019exploration ou d\u2019exploitation<\/strong>. Il n\u2019accorde pas non plus \u00e0 Eni un droit automatique \u00e0 la conclusion d\u2019un futur contrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute \u00e9ventuelle \u00e9tape ult\u00e9rieure devra respecter les proc\u00e9dures et les approbations pr\u00e9vues par la l\u00e9gislation et la r\u00e9glementation s\u00e9n\u00e9galaises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette nouvelle coop\u00e9ration intervient alors que Dakar cherche \u00e0 donner un nouvel \u00e9lan \u00e0 l\u2019exploration de son bassin s\u00e9dimentaire et \u00e0 diversifier les partenariats dans le secteur des hydrocarbures. L\u2019enjeu, pour le gouvernement, est d\u00e9sormais de transformer cette phase d\u2019\u00e9valuation en une meilleure connaissance du sous-sol et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, en nouvelles
