Invit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9mission \u00ab En V\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00bb, le ministre de l\u2019Industrie et du Commerce, Dr Serigne Gu\u00e8ye Diop, annonce notamment un arr\u00eat\u00e9 visant \u00e0 bloquer les loyers sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire et une extension progressive de la CONAREL dans les r\u00e9gions.<\/strong> \ue201<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vers un blocage des loyers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le ministre, le gouvernement entend revoir le m\u00e9canisme qui permettait jusqu\u2019ici une r\u00e9vision des loyers apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de trois ans. Un nouvel arr\u00eat\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre pris pour <strong>bloquer les loyers au niveau national<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette mesure devrait s\u2019accompagner d\u2019une r\u00e9vision du cadre r\u00e9glementaire, avec de nouveaux textes destin\u00e9s notamment \u00e0 remplacer ou modifier certains d\u00e9crets consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme obsol\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La CONAREL appel\u00e9e \u00e0 se d\u00e9ployer dans les r\u00e9gions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autre chantier annonc\u00e9 : la d\u00e9centralisation de la <strong>Commission nationale de r\u00e9gulation du loyer des baux \u00e0 usage d\u2019habitation (CONAREL)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ministre estime que le dispositif de contr\u00f4le reste trop concentr\u00e9 \u00e0 Dakar. Une premi\u00e8re extension a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e avec l\u2019installation de la CONAREL \u00e0 <strong>Gu\u00e9diawaye<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gouvernement souhaite d\u00e9sormais renforcer ses moyens afin de permettre son intervention dans plusieurs r\u00e9gions. <strong>Thi\u00e8s, Fatick et Saint-Louis<\/strong> figurent notamment parmi les zones cit\u00e9es, avec l\u2019objectif annonc\u00e9 d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence dans au moins cinq r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une r\u00e9forme apr\u00e8s consultation des acteurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr Serigne Gu\u00e8ye Diop indique par ailleurs qu\u2019une consultation avec les diff\u00e9rents acteurs du secteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e afin d\u2019identifier les difficult\u00e9s du march\u00e9 locatif et de d\u00e9gager des pistes de solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gouvernement entend ainsi agir \u00e0 la fois sur <strong>les prix, le cadre r\u00e9glementaire et les m\u00e9canismes de contr\u00f4le<\/strong>, avec l\u2019objectif affich\u00e9 de rapprocher la r\u00e9gulation
