Il r\u00e9clame des justifications sur 120 milliards FCFA li\u00e9s au CERP, un contr\u00f4le renforc\u00e9 des fonds sp\u00e9ciaux et davantage de transparence sur la dette publique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la suite de ses r\u00e9serves sur le PLFR 2026, le groupe parlementaire PASTEF \u2013 Les Patriotes d\u00e9taille ses exigences en mati\u00e8re de gestion budg\u00e9taire. Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s demandent notamment la transmission des accords conclus avec la Banque mondiale concernant les 120 milliards FCFA du Projet autonome de r\u00e9ponse d\u2019urgence contingente (CERP), ainsi que des pr\u00e9cisions sur l\u2019affectation de ces ressources et les cons\u00e9quences des reports de cr\u00e9dits sur les investissements publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le groupe appelle \u00e9galement \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la rationalisation du secteur parapublic, avec la suppression annonc\u00e9e de 19 entit\u00e9s et un objectif d\u2019\u00e9conomies nettes d\u2019au moins 55 milliards FCFA sur trois ans. Il pr\u00e9conise une r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9penses de fonctionnement non prioritaires et un meilleur encadrement des fonds sp\u00e9ciaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur la dette publique, PASTEF r\u00e9clame des explications sur les d\u00e9ficits projet\u00e9s pour 2026 et 2027, la publication des rapports d\u2019audit de l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances (IGF) sur la dette non financi\u00e8re et du cabinet Forvis Mazars, ainsi que des pr\u00e9cisions sur les engagements financiers de l\u2019\u00c9tat et la soutenabilit\u00e9 de la dette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le groupe parlementaire se dit ouvert au dialogue avec le gouvernement avant la s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re. Il d\u00e9fend un redressement des finances publiques qui pr\u00e9serve le pouvoir d\u2019achat des S\u00e9n\u00e9galais et les investissements n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9veloppement du
