Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une dizaine de kilom\u00e8tres de Kolda, le village devient difficilement accessible d\u00e8s les fortes pluies, en raison de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u00e9grad\u00e9 des voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s et de leur coupure par les eaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des acc\u00e8s devenus impraticables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec les pr\u00e9cipitations, les d\u00e9placements entre Sar\u00e9 Samba Thicka et les localit\u00e9s environnantes deviennent particuli\u00e8rement difficiles. Pi\u00e9tons, charrettes et v\u00e9hicules peinent \u00e0 franchir certains passages, compliquant notamment l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux champs, aux march\u00e9s et aux services essentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette situation affecte \u00e9galement les d\u00e9placements sanitaires. En cas d\u2019urgence, l\u2019\u00e9tat des pistes peut consid\u00e9rablement rallonger les temps d\u2019\u00e9vacuation vers les structures de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un radier construit par les habitants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 cette situation, les populations ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre elles-m\u00eames des initiatives. Elles ont mobilis\u00e9 leurs propres moyens et organis\u00e9 un chantier communautaire pour construire un <strong>radier de fortune<\/strong>, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir une circulation minimale pendant l\u2019hivernage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le porte-parole des habitants, cette mobilisation traduit surtout la volont\u00e9 de la communaut\u00e9 de ne pas rester passive face aux difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous avons mobilis\u00e9 nos propres moyens pour b\u00e2tir ce radier et rendre la route praticable \u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un appel \u00e0 une solution durable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le radier permet momentan\u00e9ment de faciliter les d\u00e9placements, les habitants estiment qu\u2019il ne constitue pas une solution d\u00e9finitive. Ils sollicitent l\u2019intervention des autorit\u00e9s locales et centrales pour la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019<strong>ouvrages durables et de pistes de production adapt\u00e9es aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de l\u2019hivernage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 du d\u00e9senclavement, les populations souhaitent ainsi s\u00e9curiser l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux zones agricoles, faciliter les \u00e9changes avec Kolda et les villages voisins et garantir une meilleure prise en charge des situations d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour Sar\u00e9 Samba Thicka, la mobilisation communautaire aura donc permis de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019urgence. Mais les habitants esp\u00e8rent d\u00e9sormais une intervention des pouvoirs publics pour mettre fin durablement \u00e0 cet isolement qui se r\u00e9p\u00e8te \u00e0 chaque hivernage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KOLDAWEB \u2014 Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \/ D\u00e9veloppement local<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
